It is a beautiful facility and everyone there was very nice. I had double pneumonia and I was in the mainland division of Atlanticare for 37 days. I went to Seashore Gardens for rehab. It was the worst mistake I have ever made. The call bells were those silver bells that sit on a desk and you hit the top of them. How was the aide supposed to know which room the bell was coming from. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for somebody to come. The only reason they came is because the lady in my room started yelling "help". While I was in there I got covid. I ended up back at Atlantic Care Atlantic City division. In the meantime my husband got a letter from Seashore Gardens setting up a meeting with the family to discuss my long term care with them. Seems like they didnt know I was just there for rehab.

Called multiple times 2-3 times weekly since May. Reached front office and explain she needs batteries for hearing aid and her ringer must be off. They IGNORE me and just semd my call to her room. Wrote letters and still can not reach family.

The entire building is amazing. The facility is stunning, but nothing compares to the staff. The best care in the area---all around! Thank you for providing such amazing services to those in need. No one does it better!

I can't possibly say enough great stuff about this facility!! When you are forced to make one of the hardest decisions of your life, Seashore Gardens makes you know you have made the correct decision. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and i mean the entire staff. The make your love one top priority and they make your family feel like their family. If you have any questions or concerns about anything with the process they will gladly help you along the way. Seashore Gardens was highly recommended by friends and I thank those friends on a daily basis. If i could give more stars i 100% would.
