Failed to call me back during 2020 when Covid was at it highest and no visitors were aloud. Every time I called to ask for an update no one would answer the phone and if someone did answer it was a nurse and they told me the doctor would call me back with an update but never received that call. The lack of communication and responding back about there patience was at there all time low. I will never let a family member stay there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible Horrible place. IF my sister was still with us she would tell all. Night time aides did not want to work at all..no changing patients and no water to drink so they won't have to change you. I could go on and on...the only good thing was the one day aide Dayo..if it wasn't for him she would have never been cleaned or changed. Seems like untreated UTIs are common in this place.

I want to share my mothers experience at Royal Suites. I would give certain individuals that work there a five star such as Mae and Ron and Mary Kate in the PT and OT department. They are invaluable to this facility. Cindy or Cynthia as an aid is the best asset this place has. My mother would not have been kept in good spirits or clean if it wasn't for her. She is a light at the end of the tunnel. The administration that sits at the desk is not welcoming or helpful. The nighttime shift is low on staff and you could wait an hour with a bedpan to be helped. I understand that staffing is a difficult problem but to be in a rehab facility and begging for help or waiting for people to help you is unacceptable. You need to advocate for your family member or your stay will not be productive. Many nurses are superior on staff mini don't want to be bothered.

I was there for 10 minutes, 10 minutes too long. They wanted to put me in quarantine for 10 days after I was tested COVID negative at hospital. Food was horrible. Don't go there unless it's the last option.
