We have/are enjoying living at S’ville E for the last two years. The food was outstanding when we came and even though Covid has diminished it somewhat, is still good. The resent revamp of the decor went well and the place has returned to its classic charm. There always seems to be something going on to keep everyone busy and life is good. I really enjoy the efficiency of our staff and they always have a smile on no matter the situation. Even when we are required to call them for assistance at some strange hours. Thank you again. We love our apartment and the convenience of parking right outside our door. We enjoy talking with friends as they walk by our porch. We will surely recommend this place to our friends when they need assistance in their life.

The most wonderful Retirement Living facility ever. My mom has been here almost 3 years. The managers now that we truly love are Debbie and Scott Driscol. They truly care and are always there when we need them. The food is wonderful and the facility is beautiful. My mom loves living here.

Hi Jeanne, our apartment prices vary. It really depends on the size and style of the apartment that you're interested in renting. When you come in for a personal visit, you can choose the apartment that you love most and gather the pricing info. Our rates are nearly all-inclusive with food, cable, utilities (except phone), housekeeping, maintenance, activities, and transportation included in the monthly rent.
About $3700/month, all inclusive
Positions open all the time, Debbie. Right now we're fully staffed, but if you wanted to come in and fill out an application, that would be great. Then we can call you as soon as something becomes available that fits your schedule.
Hi Glenn, good question. We are a retirement community so we don't provide any care support. We provide meals, housekeeping, activities, etc.
