Bad service . The woman doesn't listen kept talking over me. Now how can you solve a problem if you talk more than you listen. Their employees need retraining. Listen first then talk .

I visited this location today to print labels off of a barcode. They had an employee there who interfered while I was using the self print terminal and in a nasty tone yelled that I couldn’t print it there. She then proceeded to refuse to help us to print the label as she wanted the item there too. I explained to her it was a large item and we would be getting it there shortly. With a hostile tone she refused to assist. The instructions on my label support being able to print and within 5 days use/send the label - there is also an option to get a new label if it did expire. Yet, all I received was a refusal to assist and rude treatment.

One of the female employees in this place is horrible. The lady that helped me refused to take a rug back to be wrapped in it original wrapping. However, two days earlier I brought a rug back to the same place and the nice young man happily took it and wrapped it in the original wrapping. He even thanked me for helping. The lady was rude and uncooperative. I eventually wrapped the carpet myself and she “smilingly” took. If you have a large package, find the young guy he will be happy to help otherwise you’re on your on!

Took over a half hour to ship two packages. The person at the counter kept getting distracted, telling anecdotes, and helping other people. Focus up, speed up! Two stars because the location is clean and orderly, and has a fairly good location with ample parking.
