Had to have a check endorsed by this location and it was a major headache. Talked to several people and got several different answers, while I know the right answer and tried to explain. Had to take off work to go into the branch and get the job done after my wife was told they could not do the exact same thing upon her visit.

Ever since the replaced to drive thru person the service has gone down to about a zero. When a regular teller handles my transaction it is done fast and efficiently. When she handles a simple deposit it takes her 10 minutes. Today she gave me attitude that I don't appreciate. I am at this location 5 times a week. She is the worst thing to happen to this location, needs retraining on simple tasks and customer service. Her name is Shanavia

I went to secure a car loan for a 2009 vehicle. The car dealership was able to offer a Chase Bank loan within 30 minutes. WF took 3 days and the interest rate was significantly higher. I also went to secure a Equity Line of Credit and it took WF 6 weeks to process. They were so slow I finally gave up and took my business elsewhere. When I emailed the bank manager that I was dropping the ELOC she did not ask why or try to offer suggestions to help make the process smoother.
