Extremely satisfied and what a great company! Have a 2006 Prius that the HV battery died and needed to be replaced. Dealership wanted 3k and only offered a 1 year warranty which was a complete joke so drove the car home not sure what to do. Found this company online and it literally seemed too good to be true so did a lot of vetting before moving forward. Replaced the battery with lifetime warranty for 1.7k. Not only that, but the tech, Caleb, came to my house! He was extremely nice and showed me how to take all the panels off to get to the battery since I will be replacing the rear struts soon and those bolts are next to the battery. He also cleaned and checked the cooling fan for the battery. Our car is now up and running just like normal again and I couldn't be happier. This company does it right!

Green Bean is amazing! Needed to replace the hybrid battery on my 2008 Prius. Used the chat function and was talking to agent in minutes. Had mobile service available for the next day. In right around 24 hours my Prius was running like new(ish) - we have around 300k miles on it so… install tech (Caleb) was fantastic. Called the afternoon of the install to update estimated time. Had the install and road test done in about an hour. Caleb answered all my questions and we very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience. This review pertains to Green Bean's installation and written guarantee. Because the battery was recently installed, I cannot comment on the product' quality or their fulfillment of their guarantee. When my Toyota dealer inflated prices and labor hours for a repair 2 months ago (example: $450 for the part on my invoice that was listed at $250 on their website's parts department), I decided to learn how to use an auto diagnostic tool to minimize getting gouged again. So, the warning "Check hybrid system" lit-up my dash, and my new tool verifies that my hybrid battery needs replacing. I "went4broke" and typed "lifetime-guaranteed 2013 Prius hybrid battery installation" into my internet search box, expecting no results; kah-WOW, Green Bean is a search result option! To verify I needed their service, I sent a screenshot of the diagnostic code error on my cellphone. I'm a 70-year-old woman, so really anyone can learn to do this. I affordably-purchased their refurbished battery for my car; installation was next-day, done in less than an hour at my home, + I purchased the lifetime warranty - figuring if I'm out-of-state and my dash lights-up again, I can perform another on-spot diagnosis using my phone app and send them another screenshot. Their service area is all but 3 states in the U.S., and they will come to repair or replace. All of this at 1/3 of Toyota's inflated quote ("inflated" = $200/hour for 4 hours to install)! So far, I'm very pleased and would recommend this company, truly a maverick in this industry (recycling batteries, nationwide service area, next-day installation at your home in less than an hour, affordable, + lifetime guarantee available).

Great Job. Great Service. I bought the battery online Monday night. It was installed by Luis on Tuesday afternoon. He drove to my home and was done in less than an hour. It was very quick. I have a small Prius C. Luis was knowledgeable and very professional. I’m happy with my service. I bought the lifetime warranty too. I still haven’t had to use it but I’m hoping I won’t need to.

I doubt you should have to remove the seat. I can see them wanting it cleaned out, but maybe it's a thing with Yukon's.
I'm not sure of the company's physical location but if you check their site you'll see their fairly large service area. Their tech comes to you to install the battery
So far so good here as well. Had mine replaced about a month ago.
AutoZone did a free check for me. I had the dealership confirm the next day, then looked up Green Bean and got the service scheduled. By luck, they were available same day
