The service I have received thus far at thomasville ford in the service dept is ridiculous and unsatisfactory. I went in back in August to have work done ona recall in my vehicle- I received it back with more issues than I had to start with. I went back in so they could repair a part that THEY broke only to discover afterwards they only ordered one part to the two part piece. It has now been THIRTY days since I was told they were ordering the second part and would call me to schedule me. I called this morning to be informed the second part had in fact come in but conveniently, there was no date on it to show when it had been received. Currently waiting on a call from Buddy the service manager…
