Still trying to understand how come current residents aren’t allowed to transfer units been here 3yrs and my rent has gone up each lease renewal and I’m not able to transfer stuck in a unit I absolutely loathe it’s not big enough 2023 if I can’t upgrade to a larger unit me and my rent will be going elsewhere
