We purchased four mattresses here. Excellent customer service and product. The sales staff and delivery staff are top notch. Most of my purchases were decided over the phone them went to store for confirmation. Guidance and education was professional and low key, never pushy. They truly want the customer to be satisfied. Mattress buying is very confusing with all the online options. Great place for mattresses, I would not go anywhere else.

The mattress I spent a lot of money on went from a medium to a soft in 18 months. Wake up with pain back pain every morning. Two indentions in the mattress from where my wife and I sleep. Had I known it would go that soft that quick, I wouldn’t have bought it. No help or sympathy with trying to exchange or replace it.
