The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms we booked were very clean! The only thing to be wary of is if you have pet allergies or are noise sensitive. The staff try to keep pets off the 4th floor, but there were two dogs down the hall from us barking on and off until 9pm. We could hear another barking down on the floor below us, and the couple sharing our wall were loud enough we could follow their conversation. Definitely minimal sound dampening, but for the price and how nice the staff were, ear plugs will solve the rest.

Beds are very uncomfortable. When I asked for an extra pillow they had none to provide to us which I think is ridiculous for a hotel to not have an extra pillow. The only real positive I can say is that they had a nice breakfast service and the lady running the breakfast was extremely pleasant and helpful. After taxes and fees this came to $107 for one night stay for a two queen bedroom. Honestly unless you're in a pinch like me (I was way too tired to keep driving) go pay an extra $50 for a nicer place you'll definitely get your money's worth then.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Amenities offered were wonderful. The breakfast offerings were very nice and above the normal standard for free continental. Staff was waiting nearby in the breakfast lounge to refill anything low at a moments notice.

The front desk staff was very nice & friendly. Our room was spacious & clean. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices both hot & cold. Please give kudos to Michelle the young lady taking care of breakfast. She was absolutely awesome. She goes way above & beyond caring for your guests. We will definitely stay again when back in the area!
