Our 10U Baseball⚾️ and Softball🥎 team had our State Tournament in Adel. We could not brag enough about how great our experience was with Fairfield Inn. It all started when I called to check on rooms and spoke with Paul. He had me convinced that this was the place to stay. Marion was phenomenal emailing me getting all the details set and ready for our stay. We had 22 rooms blocked off and the service with ALL the staff was perfect. We highly recommend. Also the beds were super comfortable.

Staff is extremely friendly. Our room was ok. The floors where dirty, we found toe nails next to the a/c unit. There were some local bums drinking behind the service station that backs up to the hotel. It was a safe place to stay, they had lots of cameras to watch our vehicles. We walked our dog through the cemetery, because the local neighborhood did not seem safe.

The hotel was OK and there weren't a lot of issues, but it wasn't worth the rate. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fine. However, the room seemed outdated and there were parts of the room that remained unclean, including the prior guest’s leftovers in the fridge. Wouldn't mind staying here again if it wasn't so pricey, though.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was very good and hearty. We will definitely stay here again if in this area. I read a review about a reservation/cancelation problem but did not experience any issues making a late reservation, but I did check in with an estimated arrival time on the app.
