June 2022 a manager at the Virginia Beach Chimney Hill location named Abby was so rude to me personally that I felt the need to tell her what a good customer I am and how much money I’ve spent there. I should never have had to remind her of that and she should never have been so rude and disrespectful towards me. I also got to the cash register and realized that two of my purchases rang up incorrectly…over the price on the sign. The same manager (Abby) was called over the loud speaker and I had to wait for her to go back and find the items to verify that I was correct about the price and return to the cash register to make both price corrections. I don’t recommend this location but they had a few fairly priced toiletries and pillows along with a nice, young lady behind the cash register so I decided they deserved more than one ☝️ point… but no more than a 2.

That is mostly unrespectful workers I be ever met...., including manegers!I am writing about Chimney hill store... The store, in which I had mistake to shop is locate in Virginia Beach on Holland road Chimney hill shopping center.I had worse experience... DON'T GO THERE....

Prices were okay or a little cheaper compared to Big Lots, Ollie’s or other discount stores. Lots of Christian wall sayings & canvas prints. Lots of little “I didn’t realize I needed that” stuff so I put about 8 things in my cart. After joining a line with 6 people in front of me they opened up a second check stand but made no effort to take the “next person in line”. My cashier was SO SLOW I gave up (with only 2 people in front of me) I just walked out. And according to Google this is a “much less busy” time. Update 4/2022: Sat afternoon and there were fewer crowds, sanitizing wipes for your cart at the entrance, the usual good prices. I’ll be coming back again…
