Very rundown Quality Inn, Amanda was very Professional & friendly & deserves to be a Manager! Definitely when you update your rooms , they need a complete overhaul. Total gut job. Get it up to date & there were bugs in the front window area & bath. Was traveling & was very tired. Didn't want to complain but I did ask for bug spray & lysol to get rid of the smell in the room. So update your rooms & take care of Amanda! I'll be back this way in 6 months, if it's not updated I'm going to a different hotel.

The staff was wonderful but the room was a bit iffy. Flys in the room and a shaky faucet. We got to breakfast at 9 a.m. and that is when it was over but the sweet desk clerk let us in to eat. One staff member went down to the ice machine for us since we both had some mobility issues. They went out of their way for us and we really appreciated it.

This was quite possibly the worst hotel stay experience I've ever had. The staff were friendly at least from what I've seen of them, but the room was a disaster. Outlets were coming out of the wall which seemed pretty sketchy. I didn't bother with those outlets. There was mildew/mold on the ceiling. There was no curtain in the shower. The bed sheets were moist in one of the beds, and someone with us complained about something biting them during the night under the sheets! There was no breakfast provided. I would not recommend staying here, and I'll never stay at this hotel again. "Quality" inn my ****!

My grandparents came to visit and picked this motel, assuming that it would be comparable to other Quality Inns, which is usually a good chain. I couldn't stand to be in the room more than 5 minutes the whole place smells awful. Outdated, musty, and not well cleaned.

Yes! They might give you an extra hour. Usually anything more then that they charge you

Judging by the cleanliness of the lobby and room on my last visit and then taking into consideration the reviews from other guests, I'd rather eat somewhere else. Is it worth taking a chance?
