He allowed us to make a decision without ever feeling pressured to buy from them! We got a great mattress with a nice warranty for the price. Customer service was great! We went here to purchase a new queen size bed and headboard. It was a last minute "same-day delivery" purchase so we were braced for problems. However, this concern immediately disappeared due to the great service provided by the store manager. My girlfriend was able to find the exact bed she wanted, and it was delivered and set up as promised by 2pm the same day.
