As everyone who has attempted to do business with anyone it is extremely difficult to reach the person who you have began a relationship and or the receptionist is not concerned about assisting you. I had to post my experience today with Priscilla at The Bank of Claxton. She was pleasant and had a helping attitude. I wanted to make sure I shared so anyone close to The Bank of Claxton consider doing business with them because if the rest of the company treats the customers as Priscilla did for me today then you’ve found a bone for banking.

Thank you so much for reaching out. You can set up e-statements in the TCB digital banking app by clicking on the menu icon and selecting “documents”. If this is your first time using e-statements you may have to accept the terms and conditions. This will enable e-statements for all future statement cycles. If you need digital copies of past statements or if you need additional help setting up e-statements you can call us during normal business hours at 912-739-3322 and a customer service representative can assist you.
