The young lady at the window needs more training. She was mumbling into her headset and when I got to the window my food was served cold twice. I ended up going in to make sure my food was served correctly.

Came in for a coffee sandwich and poppers..asked if they were serving breakfast.. this was 10:25. We get to the window and they tell us poppers r a lunch time item. Now it's 1030 and ppl r ordering lunch. So since my friend didn't get told at the screen about the poppers so he asked for a hash brown instead. They said we don't have none we r now serving lunch.. my friend got upset and told they were being stupid.. then they just shut the window on us keeping the sandwich.. bout 3 minutes came back to the window and yelled next time put ur full order in at the screen and handed us the sandwich. Which was made wrong.. it wasn't suppose to have egg on it.. he didn't get cream for his coffee either.. horrible horrible customer service!!!
