Amazing Gym, lots of space and lots of different machines. Friendly and helpful employees and a nice shower room. They offer a wide variety of gym supplements and powders, and merchandise for you to buy.

Edit: they've done many upgrades and offers a variety of classes and tanning booths. Zach is an awesome asset to this gym and has always been helpful with whatever I need.

I'm new to gym and I am able to go every day that I've went. 9 days because I missed three due to my issue.
We enforce 16 and up by themself and 12 and up if they are exercising with a parent/guardian.
There is always someone to assist you with the machines and question need to be answer. Yes there is one or two there on site.
A day pass is $5
