I am surprised to see this office at 2.0. Everyone have different experiences and different expectations of staff and service. I have nothing bad to say about this Office Location. Not only have I had to go there for my own employment claim but I had to go there for my mom also. Each time I went the staff is always professional, helping, They will help you every step of the way. Kelli Lord was assigned to my case when I filed my claim, & my mothers when she filed. She was there beginning to end. She stood next to us the entire time to make sure everything was submitted properly that was required to filed. Though we did have to drive back home to get a required document which I can understand why, the law is the law. The overall experience has been awesome. There are no long waits or miscommunication. From experience I can honestly say it's not hard to reach someone here regarding your claim or any job search information. They make sure you understand it. So whether you go by the 2.0 or my 5 Star Review, You have to experience the help & service from your own prospective to give a review I am sure I am not alone. Many may have wanted to post but unable due to various reasons. I can only share my experience. " Way to Go GDOL STATESBORO!!!! "

You'd have to be extremely lucky in order to get ahold of anyone at this office. We had two people calling through out the day for weeks, left email after email, voicemail after voicemail to no avail. They called back once after all the effort, that I missed due to house chores, but I literally called them back 2 minutes after and straight to voicemail. Unbelievable. I'm from NY and I can tell you this. They almost always answer the phone and if if you leave a message they get back to you within 48 hours. I've never had such a problem reaching an office ever in my life until I moved down here. They must have like 4 people in the office that don't do anything. Must be nice to collect a paycheck for not answering the phone while other people out here actually really need some help. The most Sorry excuse of an office.. Good luck to anyone laid off.

I called, left a message. Someone called back but I was on another line. I got a second call that went to my voicemail instructing me how to fulfill my request. The best customer service I've experienced in a very long time.
