Some great views but main hikes were overgrown - fire ants were around. Ticks likely too.

During the summer the fire ants are CRAZY. But for winter months the trails are absolutely beautiful. Good range of climbing and straight paths. As long as you've got good knees, they should be fun to hike. The trail markings really need to be updated, it's easy to get lost in certain sections.

Great place to hike. Beautiful view. Plenty of parking and bathrooms.

Great views, some of the trails have a lot of exposed roots. Make sure you wear decent footwear.

Questions & Answers

Has anyone else been attacked by the fire ants? It was really unpleasant.
