My compliments goes directly to Joey Sayer - this man gets a 5+ star for customer service. It was a great experience speaking to someone that took the time to explain everything about car and home insurance. I mean everything the good bad and the ugly. I was able to see my savings between my car insurance and my home insurance. even though my home insurance went up a little (he showed me line by line where I was not being insured for what my home was worth so the small increase gave me more coverage) - however I saw the great savings on my car insurance, so today to cancel Progressive(car) & Auto-Owners(home) to insure my car and home with State Farm. Mr. Sayer I truly appreciate you. I have had good customer service before but nothing compared to your implacable service you gave to me.
