This morning I was trying to find the number to my physical therapist office to let them I was going to be late coming in. I looked on Google and saw that this office that was in the same office as my physical therapy was in had two numbers so I called thinking it was them. The first time a lady named Patricia answered and she said it was the drug screening office. Then I called a different number i see they had on Google to see if it was the physical therapy office but it wasn't. I think it was the same girl named Patricia I asked her if it was physical therapy and she just hung up. When I finally got to my appointment I told my physical therapist I was trying to get in touch with them and he said that if I were to call the office next door that they would give me the number to them but no they didn't. The girl didn't even have the decency to to do that the first time. That abrupt hanging up in my face was rudeness beyond repair. I hate that.

Front Desk was unorganized. The wait was over 2 hours, and the lady doing the screening was rude when there was no need to be.
