This is not a good place to go and receive dental care. My daughter and I both had cleanings last week. I myself need a deep cleaning. The dentist only clean a couple of my front teeth and then say she was done. Two weeks later when I visited Smile at Goose Creek, for teeth whitening [THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL and their reviews are 5 star across the board ] when receiving my x-ray the Doctor at Smile at Goose Creek told me from the looks of my x-ray. Whomever did my deep cleaning missed some areas in my mouth. In Which I need a deep cleaning in order to clear away the infection in my gums or I would start losing bone in my teeth. Smile on dental never told me I had an affection in my gums. My throat and jaw started to swell days later. I visited Roper ER and was prescribed antibiotics to clear up the infection. Smile on Dental are aware of my heart condition and They neglected to tell me about the affection that could have been life threatening. Ps I am still waiting for $168 refund for my daughter's extraction that they never preformed. My daughters precdure was done 12/13/21 I which she had 3 teeth extracted. They didn't extract the 4th tooth. today is 12/27/21 and Megan still haven't returned my phone call regarding my refund and it's been a week now. Worst dentist office ever

Was very good experience from start to finch havent been to dentist in While the doctors took time to explain issues didnt know about tooth and did good job. I recommend you will be pleased. Had to go back on the six of December to get 3 fillings was very nervous but from front counter to back for work everyone was very helpful in keeping me calm to when time for needle doctor page did so fast I didn't even notice. Thanks all there keep up great work
