Terrible customer service in their service department. After a bad experience last year (and a call from the service manager to make it right) I decided to give this service department another try. Big mistake. I scheduled a "Mobile Service" appointment for a recall issue with my Ford Escape. The appointment was for 9:00am at my home. They did not show at the appointment time. So after 3 hours and 3 phone calls, I was informed that I had "cancelled the appointment" which was completely false. The scheduling person with whom I spoke took no responsibility for the situation and instead was rude, condescending, and accusatory in her tone. I might have been willing to accept that there was a misunderstanding, but I am certainly not willing to be treated poorly. Take your business to Pugmire. It's a little further out, but they seem to value their customers.

Sherry, your engine is under warranty and it's covered for parts and labor at any Ford dealer. The issue is the part was installed by an outside shop and Ford pays a limited amount of labor for those repairs. We have tried every avenue with Ford to get you assistance for you and the shop that installed the engine and replaced the part. Ford motor company is who pays for warranty, not dealers. I am sorry you are having this issue, but had a Ford dealer done the repair, Ford would have covered it completely.
You have to have a Georgia drivers license to tag and title a vehicle in the state of Georgia.
They sell used vehicles, but you would need to look online, call or go in to find specific cars/trucks.

The water pump should be about .7-1.5 hours plus the part, i think labor is around$115 an hour
Cash my friend. At least its yours but then again its always up to you. About that question you should ask a Ford representative. They will give you the best answer.
