I have never had an issue and have bought and served 4 vehicles at Cobb County Toyota. Did you speak about it to a service manager before you left?

What I did was buy the fob and key from amazon and when I went in for an oil change, I had the dealer program the remote and lazer cut the key. Dealer charged me, I think $100.00

Believe it's racist establishment Cobb County Toyota has always been good to me and when I was there they were definitely helping other races bang 4000 under sticker I would go up to him and ask him are you racist or do you not want to sell me a car a lot of racism especially at dealerships is just lazy
