Always give better scrap metal prices than anywhere in the upstate of South Carolina.(That I'm aware of) They seem to be fair about evaluating non-ferrous metal quality. (i.e. #1 or #2 copper etc.) They only pay with checks no matter the $ amount. So if you need cash immediately that could be a downside.

Well it's stunk more than usual today they did pay a dollar more $100 than they usually do at $7 Bucks 100lb. This is my backup place. My normal place is Whitlock's down in the holler they usually pay a dollar more than Carter's for every 100lb.

Hands down the best place i have ever been to scrap at I will never go anywhere else. Fast the setup is easy and they pay better then anyone around.

It’s a dump. Not much else to it. Was in and out.
