This is a circus of morons. Watch out, they will try and get you to over pay telling you a different amount Everytime you go in and steal your money if they can, no one knows what they are doing, officers are dumb and can't give written proof of fines owed, won't sign you off probation when they are supposed to. So unprofessional. This system is set up to fail the people.

Yes. They can confirm whether or not she is on active probation and who the officer is but cannot give any details other than that. Basically they can only give you information that is otherwise publicly available. You can give them information and tell them anything you think may help them though!
