🚫🚫🚫 Background: 2016 Honda Pioneer, less than 500hours purchased from Sports Cycle brand new. I took the machine here to be serviced. They said they don’t have the technical knowledge to work on my 2016 Honda pioneer. Public news announcement I must be the only owner to have my machine in some water. I get it UTVs are not boats however we all know they are off-road vehicles. All I wanted was to have it fixed and was willing to pay what was needed to fix it. I paid close to $1000 to get it home and find it was not fixed. I took it rate back at their request. They called me back said they don’t know how to fix it, they did not offer to reimburse me my $1000 I paid to fix it or help me find appropriate mechanic to fix it. I called Honda corporate and asked for technical assistance to get my machine fixed, they informed me of a place in Florence, SC. Sports Cycle took my machine directly to generation 3 powersport. I’m saddened because I loved my experience buying my machine from sports cycles and every other service experience I’ve had there. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll buy another Honda again. I own 3 Polaris Razors as well. I have used several places in NC and WV and this was the most trouble I’ve had from a service department. They completely side stepped doing the right thing and taking care of a reoccurring customer. 🚫The machine is fixed and the new mechanic for Honda said this is a basic repair that is seen regularly for ATVs and no reason why they couldn’t fix it. 🚫🚫🚫 ➡️ I’m waiting for an apology for my troubles and money back. I’ll update this post when Sports Cycle does the right thing, corrects what they did by the customer.
