Had a total knee replacement today. 1st shift staff was amazing, attentive, and respectful. Night shift came in, they are disrespectful and unattentive! The Charge Nurse ( know name but won't use on here) was not listening, basically didn't care, I had to use the bathroom, so due to not being able to walk, they have a pot by my bed, and I have to use a walker to get up and not be left alone, so what she do, left me alone, leg things for blood clots left unplugged for a bit, so I pressed the button being respectful, told them I was finished and they could hook me back up, well that person hung up the phone on me, without saying a word, literally slammed the phone down. Nurse that was unattentive, all of a sudden popped up, I asked for a ChargeNurse, she she responded I am the Charge nurse, then I asked for a Supervisor. I won't be disrespected by no one, and I told the Supervisor Donna everything, and asked for a new Nurse, now I have trust issues, don't want the nurse giving me no meds, especially in my IV. So the Supervisor said she would talk to them and get me another Nurse. 🙄 We will see, now I'm wide awake.

From all the reviews I read, I wish I would’ve told my mother not to go. She waited a very long time to get seen in the ER, was very vocal that she was uncomfortable and couldn’t breathe. She died in the ER 4 hours later. Do not, I repeat, do not go to this ER!! Please choose another one.

Came to the ER yesterday with stroke symptoms. They checked me in, got to the very quickly. They ran test and confirmed it. Got to a room in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and took great care of me.

The ER is a scam. They charged me over $1,100 and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me except write a script for a place that wasn’t open. Might as well throw your money out the window.
