Staff wasn’t too professional and “overworked” it seemed. No attention to detail. Had my daughters name spelled wrong but insisted that something was wrong with my insurance. Had to tell them three times before the lady corrected it and my insurance went through.

the doctor was nice but every time I go in there it’s absolute chaos. One time a fight almost broke out. Had to wait forever to be seen.

I have not had that. I usually just have a waitwhen I go in to get glasses adjusted.
They are very busy. I tried for 2 days and appointment. Was for 2 days later. Excellent service with them

If you received an email from them about your appointment, then you can cancel and or reschedule from the links in the email. If you called and scheduled then I would just keep trying to reach them.

Most of the time but yes. As long as its a vision plan. I would make sure that you have a vision plan first. So you can call your insurance carrier. How ever there are other ways we can do as much as we can to help.
We do take walk-ins however appointments is always better it in ensures your wait time more. And you can always call to make sure we have availability for that day. Due to the fact sometime we have one doctor and maybe fully booked. The number is 803. 329. 6464
