Why is customer service at the Dave Lyle Rock Hill center so poor? I was treat great until my glasses came back, incorrect. They were sent back and now every time I call to check on them I'm either left on hold or cut off when I ask why so long!

I have not had that. I usually just have a waitwhen I go in to get glasses adjusted.

Bc they didn't update my phone number in computer on my first visit and when I called got put on hold for 1hour no one ever came back to the line other than that they are super
