It's a ok hotel. Me and wife stayed there was ok service wasn't great except for the one front desk girl. I think her name was shemiah really great attitude and had a professional to her. And helped with anything we needed. Honestly she needs to get away from that hotel and find one that'll bring her and allow her potential to shine through.

Loved this location and will stay again when in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the location close to businesses and food choices!

When we arrived at the hotel around 6:00pm, our room was not ready. The young lady that was on the front desk appeared overwhelmed by the situation with several folks checking in at the same time. Further complicating the situation, a homeless guy was bothering the guests. This was not her fault, but it complicated the situation considerably. While we waited for our room, he was complicating the situation and generally making it hard for the lady on the front desk. This added to the stress level. The room was great the the locale is quite good. This was the most expensive room we stayed at on our 5 day trip!

Made reservation with IHG app...reservation was totally wrong at property and no offer to correct. Staff very lackadaisical with no desire to do better. Breakfast options were slim at best. Cleanliness has slipped dramatically since last stay. Overall one of the more disappointing IHG properties I have stayed at.
