Then the geniuses decided to eliminate drive through service because “all of our needs can be met through the atm.” Well I have cash to deposit and for some unknown reason both atms ( they only give us 2 for a county with 150,000 people in it) say they can’t accept cash deposits right now. I’ve called the branch several times with no answer and the 800 number keeps transferring me around with no answers. Starting to rethink my 14 year relationship with this bank.

Absolutely ridiculous! I have called every other day for about three months now trying to pay for my safe deposit box. When you are no longer a member of Bank of America, you can't use the app to take care of your business. I have yet to reach anyone at this location to pay for my safe deposit box.
