Very rude staff. I do not recommend calling this facility to find care for your friends or family. They are argumentative from the beginning and rude to the people they are supposedly helping. Healthcare is a tough field. I myself have done it for 10 + years and if someone were coming to me for help, I would never treat them the way these people did.

I was going through a very hard depression. I was terrified to have to go somewhere to get help. But goodness, this place was wonderful. The staff was AMAZING! They are extremely attentive and help with anything they are able to. Dr. Barton is a gift from God. He really helped me understand my condition and gave me so much hope for my future! I will never be able to express my gratitude and appreciation enough. If you're struggling with substance abuse, suicide, depression etc., this is probably the best place! Thank yall for all you do ❤

Not typical. The patient has to go so long without contact and after a week or so they're allowed to make a phone call
You can call your loved ones every odd hour they have a break for example 1pm 3 pm. 5 pm all odd hours they actually will call you first and they will give you the consumer phone number to call them that's usually how it works
Few changes of clothes, no strings, no hoodie, no tank tops, no short . Shampoo without alcohol, liquid soap, unopened cigarettes, change for vending machine, shower shoes, no belts or shoe strings
yes
30 days
Whatever makes you feel comfortable
no insurance required
You aren't allowed to smoke at this facility
Any quinton's place is open 24/7 however you might want to call them first and ask if there is a bed open if you need a female bed or a male bed and if they are all full they can put your name on the call list people leave everyday
I think it is 9pm. You can call every odd hour
Depends on the person depends on the doctor everyone is different
visiting hours are Thursday evening from 7 until 8 be there by 6:45 no one under 18 is allowed as far as the phone on the weekend it's probably because the consumers are on the phone they have it every odd hour and are using it if there is an emergency you can call the main number
