I've been going to Chain Reaction since 2015. I have had Phil get me a bike for my son and 4 people I referred to bought bikes off him. Very, very helpful. Takes the time to ensure I'm taking care of. Didn't care for Andy Jordon's, get the feeling they are more geared to more experienced bikers. Not say that Phil doesn't but will take the time with newbies which is way cool.

I was in town for a half ironman and had an issue with a bent derailleur hanger and they were able to fix it very quickly. Excellent service, very nice staff!

So, yesterday afternoon, I thought it would be a nice day for a bike ride. I take my bike down, air up the tires, and away I go. Well, less than a mile into my ride, my ill-maintain bike decided a flat was the way to go. Since I made a commitment to ride 300 miles for a great charity, I called up Chain Reaction. A kind woman named Eileen told me that she could get me in that evening, but they close at 6. Long story short, it was almost 6:15 by the time I made it there, but Eileen still took care of me, promising my bike back in time for a long ride today. Sure enough, at 1 pm today, my bike was done. The customer service at Chain Reaction is truly top notch!

Dropped in ask for some advise on my old mountain bike and was warmly greeted by Brad and Phil. Brad set me up with the part I needed and even was able to install it for me. Nice clean place with lots of cool stuff. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Yes. Chain Reaction provides awesome bike services. They actually setup my tubeless tires, no issues.
Yes they do
Depends on what you're asking about. If you have a road bike and want to fit the bike to your measurements, that is about an hour long process that requires measurements and a visual fitting. That can run $80-$100. But call the shop and ask for Brad to discuss. If you just need to figure out what size bike you need to buy, they'll help you determine that in the shop and let you test ride what's on the floor.

They really are the best. I've been in bike shops all over the country and I've never found a shop that could provide so much expertise without talking down to you. The staff is personable and professional. And they have a top notch bike fitter.
