I very rarely write reviews about establishments, but it was more than necessary to do so today. As a Black Muslimah, I was truly ashamed to feel racially discriminated against when visiting this market. The old man running the cashier had followed me throughout the store, was not helpful in the slightest sense when I’d asked for help finding bakhoor burners, and ultimately refused to sell me charcoal for the bakhoor. Though I did want to support a local muslim-run business, Im confident in saying that I will never return to this store.

The young girl at the register scammed me stole my debit card and lied about it in front of her dad. I feel sorry for her parents but not for her.
