Slow service, but the guy on shift was really nice. I have been waiting for 30 minutes to return my Amazon package because there’s no one here that is authorized to return it.

This is the 3rd or 4th time that the driver has left a package on the front porch, not at my door. The instructions are checked to "leave at side door," which would be my front door. This package was small enough to put in my mail box but I found it sitting on the floor. I've had packages stolen, and that's why I'd like them delivered to my door, but they don't listen. The last time this happened, I had 2 packages coming, I found one on the front porch and the other hadn't arrived yet. I called the office and asked that it be delivered to my door. The person I spoke with assured me that they would call the driver and let them know. Later that evening I called to let them know the package hadn't arrived. Well, then I checked the front porch and there it was. It was about 70 pounds so I had to flip the box end over end to get it to my door. I called back and let them know that it was not where they assured me it would be. The time before that, the driver delivered a computer screen to someone else's house!! They couldn't track it down because he didn't scan it right in front of my house like he was supposed to do. I had to contact the seller (on eBay) and get a refund. The time before that they delivered a computer part for my car to the wrong house, it was at least 5 doors down!!!! Luckily, they tracked that down and got it to me. I wish sellers would let you know which service they are using. Then I could call UPS and ask for the package to be held in the office. I have the post office hold all of my packages, due to theft. When did UPS stop delivering to a person's door? I thought that was customery. I gave them 2 stars because at least the item wasn't broken. It was glass. I hope the drivers can get better training, and read their instructions.

Lazy staff, keep saying they attempted to deliver my package to a 2inch mailbox... just walk up the stairs and knock on the door!!! Why work there if you're to lazy to deliver packages ! Now I'll have to go get my package that I PAID to be delivered to me !!
