I live somewhat near this chicken factory and the odor is TERRIBLE. Hamilton County has protocols in place to prevent excessive odors coming from plants. I would assume Koch is not following any rules or regulations whatsoever because it is stinking up the inside of my apartment building and we live a few blocks away. Will be filing a complaint with the city
