I was in your store today. I was looking for a list of items that I hadn't found in another store. I ask a stocker who was no help at all. And then I saw a very nice lady with her Kroger smock on. Her name was Ethel and even being off she found two items for us that had hidden from us. A r Eal sta R. Give her A raise. She's very speci Al.

This particular Kroger needs a lot of attention, training staff, cleaning the floor and demonstration of care and taking immediate action by leadership team when there are long long line at self check out simply because there is only 1 cash register open when 2 employee at the self checkout line enjoying a casual conversation, we witness a customer made a polite comment so they can possibly open another cashier, one of the employee shout back, "don't you see, we are doing the best we can". Well, thanks and remember there is always another grocery store right around the corner.
