The pool was clean and nice. Wednesday aerobic teacher doesn’t work each side the same. Couldn’t hear her. She would go to one exercise to another without paying attention if he student understood Gave bands out all different strengths. Not caring if the bands given out wood work for her students. Most ladies are older or people with injuries trying to get mobility back in their injured areas. The lady on Monday for water aerobic was awesome not the lady on Wednesday. DON’t GO ON Wednesday if you want an effective workout.

This is smaller than the other two Aquatic centers, in my opinion & that's one of the things I like about it. No frills. No big water slides, lazy river, waterfalls or fountains. Just a regulation sized indoor pool, with shower and changing room, and vending machines. When I go in early afternoon, there is usually an available lane, so it doesn't get as busy as some of the other locations. Another huge plus. It's perfect.

Yes, check the website for registration dates and times
Deep water aerobics 6:00-7:00pm tues and thurs; Deep water aquatic yoga Mon and wed 6:00-7:00. I enjoy all these classes. Mon/wed more challenging with balance and body control. Tues/ thurs more physically challenging although you control how strenuously you workout.
I would ask the instructor..But this is just a guess..Sometimes it may be because they want to keep the class size from getting too large...They use to limit the size several years ago. The other thought maybe the instructor doesn't want people disrupting the class once she gets started...

Chlorine. My gray swimsuit was once midnight black. 😉
For Cobb county residents: adults are 4.50 and children are 3.50. I'm not sure about non residents but it's like a dollar extra.
look on the web site to be sure but lanes are open for lap swimming at 6:30 am untill aerobics class and then again in the afternoon unless infant classes ARE in PROGRESS.
I'll rather call, the website is a little confusing.
Not sure about age requirements. But seniors pay $2.00 per session. Morning Sessions Begin At 9:00am Monday-Friday. Only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are there additional classes until noon. Non Cobb residents pay slightly more. There is one aerobics class on Saturday morn.
If you choose to bring one you must use one with wide metal because the security of the locker mechanism requires that. I tried a little lock and it was easy to force the door open.
