I have been a customer for years and I always went to another location and never had any problems. I was in Hilton head on vacation and decided to stop in and get a haircut I'm not gonna put the stylist name but my invoice #is 208305 this was the worst haircut I have ever had. The start with she never cleaned her clippers before cutting my hair she still had the same gard on it from the last person hair she cut and had there hair all over it so I said something but it was to late she already started cutting my hair. Then to make matters worse she kept asking me what I did for a living and I could tell she got mad when I wouldn't tell her she kept making comments like I don't need to know but that doesn't mean I don't want to it's like she couldn't let it go. And if that's not bad enough I had to go to another stylist or salon and they had to use clippers to trying straighten my hair out so now my hair is 3 times shorter than I normally have it cut this was the worst haircut ever I will never make this mistake again it was so bad I will never go to another great clips or let my family go I'm done with great clips. I will also be emailing there corporate office and there ceo. The woman that cut my hair couldn't qualify to be a dog groomer. For her to call herself a hair stylist is an insult to real hair stylists.

I went to this salon while there on vacation. Best haircut ever. I wasn’t sure about going there but it was a great price even at $19, and a great cut, thank you!! Wish I could remember the stylists name to give her credit.

I have had some really good and really bad experiences at this shop. You just never know who's going to be there from month to month. If you are looking for consistency and someone who remembers you and knows what you like.. this is not the place for you. On a positive note, it is usually pretty easy to get in with little advanced notification.

Angela did a great job on my hair! I'm at the in-between stage growing out a short cut and she offered suggestions and tips of how to reach exactly what I'm looking for. She also gave me a cut and style to look good in the mean time.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

Never saw a woman in the place.... The service is FAST and CHEAP.... Mostly guys who want a quick in and out.
I have been there once. They did a Terrible job on me and when I went back they told me that I would have to pay for another hair cut. Not going back.
