I got a new 12 with plenty of features but the people in the store just want to set you up and push you out the door without understanding your plan or features! They gave me sheets with instructions! I came to try Verizon for myself ! I left cricket but I'm going back! Service in my area is better with Cricket!And Verizon they block you from internet instead of letting it through your phone on your unlimited data! It took me hours to get all my features and they stop in 6months but I pay same! Gimmicks to get you in to a high phone bill! No thanks! I'll be in soon to return phone and cancel service!

When I go there I have to wait at least 15 minutes, but mostly it is about 1/2 an hour. They never fix my phone either. They replace the Sim card and tell me it's fixed. It's not fixed.
