Highly inefficient processes, lack of leadership, left hand doesn’t care what the right is doing. Temporary improvisation has become permanent everywhere. Workers have typical employee mentality of seeing how little they can get away with doing. No room for trucks to turn because piles of junk and chemical totes litter the property. Bad attitudes of those very comfortable in their positions. Osha needs to look at this place, occasionally fresh ideas are needed to return to a safety culture before accidents happen.
