They recently performed some repairs on my rear suspension and air conditioning system. There were some issues getting a part for the air conditioner. I showed up a second day as scheduled after having the suspension repair completed to have the AC system repair completed, but was told they still didn’t have the part yet and went home. I came back a third day once they got the part and waited while they finished up. High quality repairs and they even followed up with a phone call within a week to ensure all was well, which I missed and received via voicemail. I’ll use them again in the future if I need any additional repairs, thank you.

Mr Turner took responsibility for a technician's misstep and addressed my concern with thoughtfulness, integrity, and competency, resulting in my car being completely repaired with excellent workmanship. In my interactions with Mr. Turner, the owner and Heather, the assistant manager, I found them to be honest, competent, and fair.
