This like several facilities I’ve had the misfortune to have a family member in is absolutely awful! They have intentionally understaffed, overworked and underpaid workers! This results in very neglected patients including things like, recently a worker told my family member they had 21 other patients and didn’t have time to get them water even though she was already in the room! Patients don’t get medications on time including pain medication! They aren’t helped to the bathrooms on time some staying wet several hours causing other issues! If you check in on Friday, you don’t get rehab or any PLAN of care including your Medications because no one that can give workers permission to follow YOUR DOCTORS orders will be there till Monday! WHAT!!! (We we’re also told the pharmacy was closed) Also, somewhere there is a cotton bush embarrassed at what passes for a washcloth! Sandpaper is softer and thicker! Of course she was told to use a bathroom paper towel instead when they again had no time to help! You get the picture so I’ll stop there for now. However, each patient pays them or most places around $2,000 per day! With 2 in a room! Shame on them for NOT having proper staffing! It’s not because there’s a worker shortage ether! It was the same in every one I’ve visited since 2012! Most of them frequently change names to claim their better! Don’t be fooled! When you aren’t there with your loved one they are NOT being treated with dignity or care!

My dad has been there a month. I use to be a cna so I was very skeptical at first, but I have to say the nurses are great. My dads nurse is absolutely amazing she is incredibly sweet and on top of everything my father needs. The receptionist is also very warm welcoming. The place is outdated with decor, but that’s minor my fathers health comes first.

If you want false information this is definitely the place to take your family member. How can a family member go there for something simple and leave with a bed sore and an infection so bad that the extremity had to be AMPUTATED! They didn't even bother to let me know that my family member had to go to the ER. Somebody dropped the ball and now my family member is the one paying the price for it.

The people who i work with is so rude they can't if speak to you walk right by you like you a nobody I feel alot of things need to change on that job
