The parking lot was the first indication of poor care. Once inside it was outdated and was obvious there was lack of care. The bathroom was dirty with the majority of the commodes unflushed. We were informed there was no air conditioning in the theater before buying the tickets however, bad on my part for not reading reviews prior to going. Reviews from 3 weeks ago notes no air. This notification of no air conditioning needs to be on the official website. The theater we were in smelled of pee which was more apparent because of no air. My 82 MIL requested a drink. When I went to the lobby all the employees (more than 10) were in the party room playing games and socializing. After waiting 5 minutes a young man came to the concession to get himself a drink. He informs me the concession closed early. We were not informed of the concession closing early upon buying our tickets and we were not there for the final movies of the night. Under normal circumstances, we would have been fine but with no air conditioning and a 3 hour movie, drinks would have been nice. This was my MIL first movie in years. Chose this cinema over one I know is nice because of the location. Will never go back and definitely do not recommend this cinema to anyone.

The cleanliness of your facility is within your control. 100% lack of pride in your facility. There isn't a candy shortage so that's not an excuse for old candy. AC being fixed has nothing to do with staff shortage. Literally everything I stated is not effected by your excuses. Take some pride in your business! *** Theater we were in was hotter than it was outside. Candy we got tasted old. Drinks were good and popcorn was good. Pricing was not any cheaper than other nicer places. Entire cinema looks like it was built in the 90s and never updated. Run down looking. Seats in the theater look like they haven't been cleaned since the place was built. There was an ever present smell of old soda and sour food. The place had the feel and quality of a dollar theater but at nicer theater pricing. Wouldnt recommend going here unless you can't avoid it.

Went there on June 5th and they was out of every drink besides Diet Coke and and decided to get water in a cup and they still charged us full price for it That is ridiculous. Plus the card machine was down which I understand can’t help that. Wont be back

Great theater. Clean, a little dated with the style but hey we're lucky we still have a nice one. Nice arcade, pool table air hockey and other amusements. Huge snack bar. Worth a visit and check out a flick.
