Pros ; The new maintenance supervisor Michael Jones is already going above and beyond . He’s new but making a Great name for hisself !!! Welcome and good job. When we had Bailey and india customer service was outstanding . Madelyn is awesome as well. Cons ; A lot of bugs around that building now it is becoming an issue inside the apartment . I asked could I have my apartment repainted since I renewed my lease for another 15 months ( I’ve already been living here for 15 months prior to renewing ). But I got an email from Monet ( I guess she is new ?) stating they don’t paint apartments until move outs and they couldn’t give me paint because they were low on paint but however i can purchase some at lowes . I’ve never experience bad customer service before at this apartment complex until I received that email. Like what I renewed my lease and my apartment needs to be repainted. The email very much so gave we can’t paint your apartment and don’t even ask for paint . So, that means my apartment will go 2 years and 6 months without being repainted which I’m sure I will be charged for smh .

Madelyn, the Property Manager was just wonderful upon arrival and the move in process was seamless. The property is beautiful and very welcoming. GORGEOUS pool 😍 playground for the children, puppy wash station, dog park and car wash. Michael and Steve on the maintenance team have been nothing short of superb. Nothing much you can ask for in an apartment community. Many events are planned each month and we are excited to be here! No complaints!

Pros: +Location is convenient +Building physical aspect / pool / gym +Cable/Internet included (provider is Spectrum and you can easily get same bundle contract for $49 on any other apt) +Bailey (She had great Customer Service skills but has left Management on 2/2022) +Lesson Learned of how IMPORTANT it is to jump during apartment tour to test building quality Cons: -Poor building construction (you will hear top neighbor traveling, stomping, toilet flushing and all bath activity). You have been warned! Expect to contact maintenance to adjust ceiling fixtures (lamps,fans) because of the rattling due to the vibration from top floor. It is disturbing not being able to rest on your free day/weekend nap with the noise and constant running of kids above...tum, tum, tum, tum, tum, tum, tum… tum, tum, tum, tum, tum, tum. We gave up on using the broom. -Haven at Regent Park is NOT Work from Home / School from Home friendly. -Renewal “offer” reflected a 15.493% increase. (South Carolina doesn’t legislate the amount that a landlord may increase rent) So yes…plan to move ahead of time to comply with the 60 days’ notice. I am sure this is the reason why they ask 3 times salary. -No lock-out let in by Management (you will need to pay for a locksmith) after office hours (M-F: 9-6. Sat. 10-5, Sunday is closed) -No Apt. storage fee option (reduced Apartment monthly rental fee) if you leave Apt for 2+ month. -$10 monthly trash fee…but there is no trash valet. Only one compactor for the whole complex. So, expect long walks to complete this task -STOLEN packages every week since they are left by UPS/FedEx/Amazon/Walmart/etc. on front door. This is an open community with no security…reason why issue is recurrent (ask to see Resident Community Wall).
