All kittens are held in an observation state until approximately 12 weeks of age. This gives the cattery pressure-free time to evaluate the kitten’s type, temperament, and health, register the litter with proper sex and coat color/pattern, and allow kittens to recover from their first set of booster shots. Once kittens are released from “EVALUATION” we will update their status on the KITTENS page of our website to “AVAILABLE”, and add our adoption application form back to the website for interested individuals to be screened accordingly. Providing a breeder slip for registration purposes, proof of vaccination records and veterinary examination etc. is standard practice, and I do not know of a single respected breeder who charges extra for these things.
