I wish I could give them 0 stars. Nobody knows how to pick up the phone . None of the caseworkers answer their phones nor try calling nobody back . You do what you are suppose to do and you still end up getting your case closed . Worst office ever . They need new staff or just shut down . They could really do better .

Where did their office go why do they keep putting on my case that my husband and 1 of my children moved out but yet on our online renewals my husband and daughter is always on the renewals they need to get their facts together

No they do not that type of place you can go online and order it if you wasn't born in the same city you were born and you can either order you social security card online at www.ssa.gov. or go to social security administration in Vidalia. Just make sure you have ID and birth certificate it is required they just want to make sure it is you and not someone else.
