We loved Golden Eagle RV Resort & Grill as our cozy base for 6 nights during our recent family reunion in June 2022. We had 5 RVs lined up side by side with great views. The uber clean bathrooms and hot showers are a big plus. The Grill serves up fresh home cooked meals morning, noon and night, if you don't feel like cooking for yourself. Live music on the weekends is a real treat. Nathan and Lisa are very accommodating and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Lisa is quick to answer any and all questions and Nathan is a real servant, sharing great tips for fishing on Eagle Nest Lake. You can easily walk from here to Eagle Nest coffee and ice cream just down the way. Eagle Nest is the ideal location between Angel Fire and Red River along the Enchanted Circle. There are so many things to do here in summer. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Golden Eagle RV Resort! The owners are very friendly and know a ton about the area. Very clean campground/ shower/bathroom facilities. They even have a small restaurant with great home cooked meals offered each night, like green chile pork stew (highly recommend trying!). We enjoyed an awesome boat ride/guided fishing trip on scenic Eagle Nest Lake with Nathan. Caught several trout and we even grilled them up for dinner that same night. Campground had a fish cleaning station and owner provided us with the appropriate fillet knife. We frequented nearby Angel Fire for more fun and drove the Enchanted Circle! Great time, beautiful and peaceful area, we will come back!

Nathan and Lisa are fantastic! We love this so much we have decided to spend our summers there starting in 2023..This year we will be there for a month starting July 8th..when we made the decision ot was 108 in Granbury,Texas where we live..looked on my WAPP weather app for Eagles Nest ..temp was 68 at 2pm..Our hottest time if the day here in Texas

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Eagle RV park. The nicest most generous people work here. They came to our rescue and fixed a flat tire. The park was clean and the view was gorgeous. We fished at the lake and it was very relaxing. I highly recommend this be your choice for your stay. At night they built an awesome fire and had a one man band playing. The music was great. This stay will be one for the books and we will return soon! Thank you Golden Eagle RV staff for everything!
