Home Depot sells decorative trim molding in their Millwork Department that could do the task. Only thing is that you will have to cut theae trims to fit. They dont really have a premade kit except for a 36" door facing kit. Somethimes the workers will volunteer to cut (angles) these molding to your specification.

Yes they have buffers and supplies, however cost depends on how long you plan to rent and which supplies you need. They have rates on their web page, however its probably easier to call to find out if any are available or if other customers are renting. Possibly reserve one for the day you need it.
